Time to start running again...

Found this link the other day just when I was getting down about my knee healing slow after ACL surgury. 3:07 still kicks ass for first time marathon any way you slice it, now just need to motivate to get started on running again after taking 6 months off. Decided to use my iphone to start making some regular training habits again. gonna see what Apps are out there for managing my time and productivity. So far clock app is pretty sweet I've already set up alarms for getting up at 6:30 am to exercise and prepare for my day. more to come on this topic...
