Is real-time search the real wild west?

Search 3.0 = The relevance of what's on a page (document text analysis or search1.0) + what surrounds that page like conversations as they relate to your personal network or search2.0) + (Realtime content or search3.0) The web is shifting again, this time it's shifting on a new time axis. a few years ago, blogging was a harbinger of this time shift, but blogging is still the HTML-driven 1.0 web. The Semantic web is coming fast and that will really be web2.0 technology as applied to search, but when these two ideas combine w/ the finesse of twitter then BAM! web3.0 search, and apparently Twitter would not even sell itself to google for 1BIllion. Is real-time is the real wild west?
