Inconsistent widget labeling, poor organization of mobile widget environments discourages users from finding useful widgets for mobile. According to Strategy Analytics, homescreen shortcuts, ‘help’ files, and step-by-step tutorials when a user first sets up their mobile device would drive higher adoption of widgets and mobile internet use in general.
